Albert Roberts certificate of land ownership, 1901 June 6.

One document from the Department of the Interior, bearing its official seal and the seal of the Register of Deeds, Wells County, North Dakota, certifies that the attached copy of the patent of Albert Roberts to land in Bismarck, North Dakota, is valid. The Department of the Interior document is dated June 6, 1901. Within this is a certificate stating that Albert Roberts deposited into the General Land Office of the United States, a Certificate of the Register of the Land Office at Bismarck, Dakota Territory, verifying his payment for the Northwest Corner of section 28 in township 148 North, Range 70 West (NW 1/4, 28-148-70), in Dakota Territory. The certificate bears the name of President Benjamin Harrison (signed by secretary M. McKean), and is dated September 3, 1890.
